ID checks that match your account Verified
People verify who they are (KYC). Companies verify the business (KYB). Sole traders need an ABN before they can hire. If a job pays through SquadGoo Guaranteed, jobseekers need an ABN to get paid in-app. Plain version: we check papers before trust builds.
Contacts stay private until you’re ready Privacy
Phone and email stay masked until a match or offer reaches the right stage. After the contact window ends, details mask again. You’re not handing out your number just to “have a look.”
Guaranteed pay held the right way Payments
When pay runs through SquadGoo, money for the shift is held properly — with a payout window and a dispute path if something goes sideways. Direct Pay jobs track you to arrival, then pay happens off-app after the code handoff.
Live arrival tracking on Quick jobs Safety
On Quick Fill shifts, jobseekers share location while heading in so businesses know who’s on the way. Tracking stops at the right stage for Direct Pay (arrived) and continues longer only where Guaranteed payouts need it for support.
Arrival code before the shift starts Handoff
Jobseekers get a short arrival code. The business confirms it in-app. That handoff proves both sides showed up — before Guaranteed clock-in, or as the last SquadGoo step on Direct Pay.
Disputes with a clear money path Fair
If a Guaranteed payout is disputed in the hold window, both sides can chat with SquadGoo support. Finance reviews the split; Accounts moves coins only after approval. No mystery refunds — a recorded decision.
Reviews & reputation you can see Reputation
After work, people leave reviews. Jobseekers also build an acceptance rating from how they treat offers. Reputation travels with the profile — not a one-off anonymous ad.
Report, block, and stay in control Control
You can report bad behaviour and block accounts. Privacy toggles (like Public Forum profile) stay in Settings. Your account, your boundaries.
