Interview Requests
A fee is held when you send an Interview Request to a Jobseeker and charged when they accept. Review the current fee state and cancellation conditions: cancellation after acceptance is not an automatic refund promise.
The interview is separate from a work offer. This is not an AI interview service.

Match Maker
Review your matching fee and any task-pay funds before confirming an invite. When matching with a Service Provider, Customer and provider fee responsibilities are separate.
Accepting a quote takes you to the next offer step; it does not automatically book the work or bypass fees and eligibility.

Quotes and accepted work
Asking for a quote is free for the Customer. The Service Provider's response can carry a fee whether or not they win the work. If the quote leads to the linked accepted offer, the applicable response-fee credit offsets that match fee.
Review provider matching fees before accepting work. Declining a quote request does not incur a quote-response fee.

Know where the funds go
Held does not mean spent
A hold reserves funds for an action. Whether it is charged or released depends on the action's status and rules. Read the cancellation or expiry result rather than assuming every hold is refundable.
Work pay is separate
Pay via SquadGoo can reserve work-pay funds in addition to fees. Off Platform Pay means arranging the work payment outside the platform under the applicable path.

Bonus credit is not cash. Funds held for work or fees are also different from available withdrawable funds. Top-up and withdrawal conditions appear in the wallet. A new account can make its first withdrawal 24 hours after it was created.
