What Job Ads are (and are not)
Are: Public Forum posts from Businesses (hiring mode) or Customers that invite on-platform interest. Interested helpers tap Apply Now in the app; the poster reviews leads in Labour Pool / Provider Pool, then sends a Manual or Quick Fill offer. Applying does not create a shift. The app shows the ad's requirements and any enabled application channels; eligible interest can lead to a separate offer. Public location information is limited: applying alone does not unlock the full workplace address.
