Are: Public Forum posts from Businesses (hiring mode) or Customers that invite on-platform interest. Interested helpers tap Apply Now in the app; the poster reviews leads in Labor Pool / Provider Pool, then sends a Manual or Quick Fill offer. Are not: open job-board applications, off-platform contact fishing, or a replacement for Manual/Quick Fill matching. Workplace address stays redacted until the poster chooses to reveal it after interest.
