Being in a squad is not a booking. The work still needs enough positions, eligible members, a review of fees and the required responses. A visible group does not guarantee availability.

A whole active squad needs enough available positions. Review the selected job, eligibility and current quote, then confirm the bundle. Each member receives their own offer for one position. Partial acceptance is still pending; all members must accept within the response window. A decline or expiry cancels the bundle.

- The selected work needs enough positions for the whole active squad. You cannot pick a subset within a squad bundle. Final capacity and each member’s eligibility are checked in the app.
- Review the job, current matching quote and response window before confirming. The current squad bundle uses Off Platform Pay / Direct Pay; work payment and platform fees are separate.
- Confirmation sends a bundled set of individual offers. Each active member gets one position and responds personally. A leader does not accept for everyone.
- One or two accepts leave this three-person example pending. Only all required accepts within the window complete the bundle. A decline or expiry cancels it; earlier yes responses do not become separate confirmed hires.
- Bundle acceptance is not completed work, guaranteed attendance or released payment. Follow the real app’s current status and terms.

Create a group with a shared role or a mix of role slots. Its industry, description and member roles help explain the team. Group membership and work availability are different settings.

Understand the expectations
Use an invitation or explore public squads in the app. Joining can require a review or approval; check the group's criteria and accept its applicable terms before joining.
03 / PREPARE
Keep your offer settings current
The squad must be active for offers for the relevant members. Each person's availability, tax eligibility and offer preferences still matter for the particular work.

Understand the whole bundle.
Whole active squad, not a pick-list
The squad bundle goes to every active member. You cannot pick individual members inside that bundle. The open work needs enough available positions for them.
A preview is not a reservation
A quote without a selected job is provisional. A job-specific check looks at member eligibility, but final sending also checks current capacity. Review any reason the app gives if sending is unavailable.
Payment is not one shared wage
The current squad bundle path uses Off Platform Pay. The recruiter arranges work payment outside SquadGoo; platform matching fees are separate. Review the current in-app quote and confirmation rather than assuming another offer path applies.

Can one person accept for everyone?
No. Each active member receives and responds to their own offer. The bundle completes only when all required members accept within the response window; a decline or expiry cancels it.
Do I need a new account type?
No. Jobseekers form and join squads. Recruiters use their Business account to send squad offers. SquadPairs is not a separate signup role.
Is this the same as Field Staff?
No. SquadPairs connects Jobseekers and Recruiters around grouped work offers. Field Staff gives a Service Provider's assigned staff a focused work-access pathway.
