Delete your account
Works for Customer, Business (Sole Trader or Company), and Jobseeker accounts. Prefer in-app deletion when you can open SquadGoo.
1. In the SquadGoo app
Open Settings → Delete account. Finish or cancel open offers and wallet holds when the app asks — then confirm deletion.
2. If you can’t open the app
Email support@squadgoo.com.au from your registered address. Subject: Account deletion. Include your display ID if you have one (CU-…, business ID, or JS-…).
3. What we remove
We delete or de-identify personal account data as described in our Privacy Policy, except where Australian law requires us to keep records (for example payment / dispute history).
