Only on Quick Fill Guaranteed — not every fill mode

SquadGoo Guaranteed

One of our three fill modes — Quick Fill Guaranteed — comes with escrow-backed payment and a dispute process. Manual Fill and standard Quick Fill do not. Here's exactly what's covered.

For Customers & Businesses

When you choose Quick Fill Guaranteed, we guarantee a matched service provider or staff member for your exact time, date, and duration. Your payment is held safely in escrow — not charged upfront. If the shift isn't filled or the work isn't completed, you pay nothing. No subscriptions, no recurring charges — you only pay for completed, guaranteed work. And if anything goes wrong, you have full dispute support.

For Helpers & Service Providers

When you accept a Guaranteed shift, your payment is already secured in escrow before you start — it's not a promise, it's held money. Complete the shift, and payment releases to you automatically — no chasing, no risk of non-payment. If there's ever a dispute, you're protected with a clear resolution process.

Which fill mode carries the guarantee?

All three are matched the same way. What differs is entirely how payment moves — and only one of them holds it in escrow.

Manual Fill and Quick Fill are matched the same way as Guaranteed — the difference is entirely in how payment moves. Off-platform for the first two; held in escrow for Guaranteed.

Common questions

What if the shift isn't filled?

You pay nothing. The match fee and any escrow hold release back to you.

What if the work isn't completed?

You're covered by the dispute process — escrow doesn't release until the shift is genuinely done, or a dispute is resolved.

Is there a subscription?

No. No subscriptions, no recurring charges — you only pay for completed, guaranteed work.
